A3D END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM Arasii3D

Definitions:
Artist = creator of the purchased item
Buyer = the purchaser of the item (customer of Arasii3D)

This license is for items purchased from the Arasii3D online store.  It is the responsibility of the Buyer of said purchase to understand this license.  Questions concerning the purchase or this license may be directed to Arasii, arasii3d@gmail.com

The artist retains all rights pertaining to the purchased items. The Buyer is not purchasing the item(s), only the right to use them as stipulated by the contents of the read me file that is downloaded with the item. The Buyer may not redistribute, break down, or extract files from this file in any way and resell as an original creation.  If if the purchased item is a merchant resource, the Buyer is only allowed to use the contents of the merchant resource to create a new product after altering the merchant resource content.  The contents may not be redistributed in their original, unaltered form.  The Buyer is not allowed to have more than two copies of the purchased items.   The Buyer is only allowed to use these copies on separate operating systems if the systems are in the same location.  The Buyer may not archive the items on any p2p or other file sharing networks.  Copies of the items may only be made for The Buyer's backup purposes.

If in the event that The Buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item(s), a refund can be issued. However, this is at the discretion of the artist(creator) of said item(s).  Every attempt will be made to resolve any issues prior to refund.  If it is found that the item(s) do not work properly due to user error or issue on The Buyers end, a refund will not be issued.  In the event that a refund is issued, it is the buyers responsibility to delete any archived copies of the product in question and cease using it at once.

To protect The Buyer, The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license from Arasii3D to use all of the contents of the enclosed items.  The artist maintains that all items in the file are of their original creation, or are derivative works from something found and verified to be that of public domain, or licensed for resell.  The Buyer may use all purchased items in either personal, or commercial work as long as the original files cannot be extracted and is not used to create a competing product to the original.  The Buyer hereby agrees to follow all terms of this agreement, and not be in violation of the license or terms of use of Arasii3D at anytime.
